I want to thank you very much for the carpet cleaning you did at my home Monday evening.

You were very professional, worked extremely hard, arrived in a very nice vehicle and were ajoy to have in our home. Sometimes, when I have to leave my daughter at home to greet workers into my home some of the vehicles and people can be very scary. However, I would feel comfortable having you in my home and no one being there.

The carpet looks better than it did when it was new in the dining room, living room and hallways. The only reason I mention this carpet in particular is because it has been a very difficult carpet to look after since the day it was laid. The rest of the work you did was also very, very good. The house looked and smelled great when you were finished. The price was also very competitive and fair.

You wouldn't believe how dirty my carpet was. Joel came to the house and said he could get in clean and I said "No you can't" My kids absolutely destroyed it!. Forget it now. He worked like a madman. There was an unknown stain in the middle of the floor when he started and now - I can't even remember where it was. I have had several carpet cleaners come in a try to fix it and none of them even came close! In less than an hour, my carpet looked brand new and I couldn't be happier about it.
